CHARCOAL GRILL BASTING SAUCE 
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce

Melt butter; mix all together and brush over steaks while grilling. Will keep in refrigerator indefinitely.
