GRILLED CHICKEN WITH SASSY SAUCE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 chickens (3 lbs. each), quartered)

In a medium-size saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add onion, garlic and green pepper; cook 5 minutes. Add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, cinnamon and 2 cup water; simmer 30 minutes.

Light grill. Place chicken skin side down and cook 30 minutes over medium-direct heat. Turn chicken and cook 15 minutes longer. Cook, brushing frequently with sauce another 15 minutes until chicken is tender. Chicken can also be broiled about 10 minutes a side until cooked through.
