CANADIAN BUTTER TARTS 
Pie dough
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy except the pie dough. Shape pie dough in tart pan or muffin pan. Pour filling into tarts and bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned on top.
