ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
42 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 (3 oz.) box instant pudding - pistachio, butterscotch or chocolate 1 sm. container Cool Whip 2 Heath or Skor candy bars 1/2 c. milk Crush crackers, melt butter and mix together. Pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees. While crust is baking, place ice cream in large bowl to soften. When soft, add pudding and milk and mix. Spread over crust evenly. Spread Cool Whip evenly over top. Top with crushed candy bars. Return to freezer. Remove a few minutes before serving. Cut into squares. |
