1 pkg. one step white angel food cake mix
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. water
1 pkg. (7 oz.) flaked coconut

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil or brown paper. Blend cake mix (dry) and water and almond extract 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 1 minute at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Fold in coconut. Drop mixture by scant teaspoonsful onto baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool thoroughly before removing from foil.
