CHEDDARBURGER SKILLET 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can water
2 (16 oz.) cans whole potatoes, drained and sliced or fresh "red" potatoes (cheater)

Brown beef and cook onion until tender. Pour off fat - stir in soups, water and potatoes (precooked if fresh potatoes). Cook until thickened. Grate cheese on top before serving.
