SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6-8 squash
1 sm. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 egg

Cook squash and onion. Add squash, soup, cheese, mayonnaise, egg and 2 cups of stuffing mix and stir. Cover top with remaining stuffing mix and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
