APPLE PINEAPPLE BAKE 
3 med. baking apples
1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 c. reserved pineapple juice
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. peel and slice apples into 8-inch pie plate sprayed with vegetable spray. Spoon pineapple over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Pour juice over fruit. Sprinkle nuts over top. Bake 40 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. 1/2 fat, 1 fruit. 66 calories.
