1 1/2 lbs. raw sausage
8 oz. grated cheese
3 c. Bisquick

Mix by hand, adding ingredients to sausage slowly. Roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes until crunchy. Makes 5 dozen.
