BACON DRESSING 
1 c. bacon drippings
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 c. Grey Poupon mustard
Pinch of Kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Serve hot over spinach. Garnish with mandarin orange slices.
