1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp seasoned salt
2 tbsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp red pepper powder or flakes
1 tsp liquid smoke
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup sparkling apple cider

mix all ingredients in a bowl until they are well combined and smooth. BBQ sauce is ready to serve, or chill for use later.
