WHEAT GERM CORN BREAD 
Mix together:

1 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
3/4 c. wheat germ

Combine:

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. honey
1/3 c. oil

Add wet to dry ingredients all at once. Stir just to moisten. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
