WHOLE WHEAT CORN BREAD 
Combine in mixing bowl:

3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Combine in 2 cup measuring cup and beat with a fork:

1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp. honey

Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with a fork until smooth. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Very good! I used whole wheat pastry flour and it is surprisingly tender. I also used half buttermilk, half yogurt since that was what I had. I might add a little more honey next time, but it is yummy and delicious.
