CHICKEN LASAGNA 
8 lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. finely chopped onions (I like spring onions)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 c. chopped chicken or turkey (I use only white meat)
4 c. shredded cheese

Cook noodles according to directions on box; drain and set aside. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients (except cheese) in large mixing bowl. Spray 9 x 13 inch baking dish with Pam and pour 1/3 mixture into bottom of dish. Top this layer with noodles (about 4), then cheese and repeat the layering, ending with cheese.

Bake about 45 minutes in 375 degree oven or until bubbly and cheese is melted, will serve 8 generously.

This can be cheddar, Swiss or Mozzarella (I like to combine and use a little of all types).
