SEAFOOD LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1 tbsp. salad oil
2 cans shrimp soup
1 sm. can condensed milk
1 sm. can shrimp
1 lb. or 2 cans shrimp
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. onion
1 egg
2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Boil noodles in salted water. Blend soup, milk, shrimp, crab and heat until bubbly. Blend cheese, onion, egg, basil, salt and pepper. Layer lightly oiled pan with noodles. Top with 1/2 cheese mixture, then more noodles then all the seafood mixture. Top with noodles and rest of cheese mixture. Arrange sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle tomatoes with 2 teaspoon sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes more. Serves 6 to 8.
