MEAT AND VEGETABLE DISH 
4 (16 oz.) cans, cut green beans
1 med. onion
2 bell peppers
3/4 c. oil
1 lb. pkg. smoked sausage

Cut onions, peppers and sausage in strips. heat oil in skillet (medium heat). Fry sausage until brown. Add onions and peppers. Cook all together. Add green beans and cover, reduce heat to simmer. Continue cooking 15-20 minutes.
