FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (18 oz.) pkg. roll refrigerated sugar slice & bake cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1/3 c. ground pecans
1 lg. can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup (drain well & save juice)
2-3 bananas
2 kiwi, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Using 14" pizza pan, make crust from cookie roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. Slice bananas and cook in pineapple juice 10 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread over cool crust. Arrange fruit on cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with nuts. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
