FRESH PEACH PIE 
1 graham cracker crust, baked and cooled

Slice 4 cups fresh peaches on pie crust.

Cook together the following: 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1/2 c. water

Cook this for 2 to 3 minutes then add 1 tbsp. butter. Pour over peaches in pie crust so all are covered. Refrigerate.
