CORN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 lg. egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased casserole. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
