6 tbsp. sour cream
6 tbsp. buttermilk pancake mix
1/2 tsp. salt
6 eggs

Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry. Beat egg yolks until lemon color. Add pancake mix, salt, and sour cream. Mix until smooth. Fold in egg whites and cook like pancakes. Serves 4.
