BAKED LIMA BEANS 
1 lb. dried baby lima beans
3 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1 c. sour cream

Soak lima beans overnight in water or at least 4 hours. Drain and cover with clean water. Add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until beans are tender. Drain and put into a medium size casserole. Dab butter over hot beans.

Mix brown sugar, dry mustard, salt. Mix and sprinkle over beans. Stir in molasses and sour cream. Mix lightly and bake slowly 1 hour at 350 degrees.
