PISTACHIO SQUARES 
1/3 pkg. Ritz crackers, rolled fine
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. dry pistachio pudding
Cool Whip

Combine butter and crackers. Bake 5 minutes in 9x9 pan at 350 degrees. Cool well.

Bring ice cream to room temperature and mix with pistachio pudding. Spread over crust and top with Cool Whip. Chill.
