ONE CRUST RHUBARB 
1 c. rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks, beaten (save egg whites)

Combine ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Beat egg whites; mix with a little sugar. Pour on pie and place back in oven until brown.
