3 eggs, separate
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter in skillet and stir in flour. Add sugar and cocoa that has been mixed together. Add beaten egg yolk and milk. Stir until thick and add vanilla. Pour into baked 9 inch pie shell.
