CALZONE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. flour
Olive oil
2 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1/8 lb. pepperoni
1/8 lb. sliced ham
2 c. mozzarella
(Or whatever you like: broccoli & cheese, chicken & peppers, etc.)

Dissolve yeast in 1/3 cup warm water. Add the flour, 2 tablespoons oil 1 cup warm water and salt. Knead for 10 minutes. Put in oiled bowl and cover with plastic wrap. When dough has doubled (about 2 hours) punch it down and divide in 2. Let rise 5 minutes.
