NO SUGAR JAM 
1 quart ripe strawberries, raspberries or blackberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. liquid artificial sweetener

Place prepared berries in a heavy saucepan, crush slightly with a potato masher. Stir in lemon juice and sweetener. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring continually until mixture becomes quite thick. Pour jam into prepared jars and seal. Place jars in saucepan with enough water to cover by 1". Bring to boil and boil 15 minutes. Makes 2 (8 oz.) jars.
