ITALIAN STYLE SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lg. summer squash, diced
1 lg. zucchini, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 sm. jar Ragu thick sauce
4-6 slices Provolone cheese
1/4 c. Crisco oil

In fry pan, heat cooking oil. Add garlic, onion and bell pepper. Saute until tender. Add squash. Cook for 10 minutes. Add Ragu sauce. Pour into casserole dish. Top with provolone cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
