NUT ROLLS 
4 1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Mix together as pie dough. 1 c. milk

Beat together. Add to flour mixture, mix well. Dough will be slightly sticky. Separate into three equal portions, place in bowl and refrigerate overnight.

FILLING:

6 egg whites, beaten
4 c. ground walnuts, (one pound)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Fold walnuts, sugar and vanilla into egg whites. Roll out dough into rectangle and spread with nut mixture. Roll up and let rise for at least one hour. Drizzle with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
