BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked (or 2 pkgs. frozen)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can (sm.) French fried onion rings
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. white wine
1/2 pkg. dry French or Italian dressing
1 can mushroom soup

Place cooked broccoli in flat casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, dry dressing, and 3/4 of the French fried onion rings. Mix together mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Pour over broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with wine and remaining French fried onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for about 30 minutes.
