PORK OR CHICKEN DELICIOUS 
3-4 c. chopped, cooked pork or chicken
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 cans mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 stick melted butter
7 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (blue)

Grease 9"x13" pan. Layer in bottom the pork or chicken. Add mushroom, then 2 cans soup (may thin with 1/4 cup milk) and stir before pouring over meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Next mix stuffing and melted butter and cover top of cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 3/4 to 1 hour or 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 10.

Variation: May add 1 cup frozen peas with mushrooms.
