BROCCOLI QUICHE 
2 c. fresh or frozen (thawed) broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
2 lb. red hoop cheese, grated
1 c. half & half
1 c. egg beaters
2 Pillsbury pastry sheets, thawed, room temperature

Makes 2 quiches 9 inch pans or 1 large quiche pan.

Put pastry sheet in a 9 inch dish or cake pan. Mix together half & half and egg beaters. Makes 2 cups. Cook broccoli and onion together until done. Salt and pepper to taste.

Layer cheese, broccoli and onion in dish with pastry cover. Top with cheese. Pour 1 cup of mixture on each pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. You can add ham or sausage, just cook and drain then add to layers.
