CHICKEN HONEY SALAD 
2 whole chicken breasts, boned & cooked
1 head red leaf lettuce & bibb or Boston or baby Romaine
1 c. seedless grapes, 1 apple chopped soaked in orange juice or lemon juice
3/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated

Cut chicken into chunks. Add all ingredients and toss. Serve with Honey-Mustard Dressing.
