SUNNY CHICKEN SALAD 
3/4 c. mayonnaise (Miracle Whip if possible)
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken or 1 can Hormel chunk chicken
1 1/2 c. red seedless grapes
1 c. celery, sliced
1/3 c. green onions
1/2 c. broken walnuts or pecans

Combine first three ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; chill. For a fancy serving dish, cut fresh pineapple in fourths lengthwise. Scoop out pineapple. Cut in chunks. Put chicken salad on pineapple shell. Serve pineapple and more seedless grapes on side. Makes 5 (1 cup) servings.
