SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained 2 med. onions, chopped 6 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 8 oz. bag Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Shape into balls - place on cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes a lot of balls but can be frozen after baking and reheated. |
