1 stick butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle flour and pecans over butter and pat gently. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix these together. Whip with mixer and pour over crust and chill. Mix one small box instant chocolate pudding as directed on box. Spread over cream cheese mixture and chill. Mix one small box instant vanilla pudding as directed on box. Spread.
