CRUSTLESS CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. ricotta cheese
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. melted butter
1 pt. sour cream

Grease and flour spring back pan. Mix ingredients together in large bowl until smooth. Pour into spring back pan. Put cake into cold oven then turn on at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cake stand for 2 hours longer. Take out and top with cherries or strawberries.
