1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. chili powder
2 potatoes, cooked & cut in very sm. pieces
1 sm. can peas, drained if desired
1 lg. onion, chopped in sm. pieces
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (mild)
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. enchilada powder
4-5 c. water
1 c. cooking oil
