MICROWAVE CHEESE POTATOES 
4 c. sliced potatoes
3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 regular size Cheese Whiz or 1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Mix all ingredients, except cheese, together in deep dish. COVER and cook 15 minutes on high or until potatoes are tender. Stir halfway through cooking cycle. Remove from microwave. Stir in cheese. Return to oven another 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is blended well into potatoes. Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
