LINDSAY'S BOURBON BALLS 
2 c. crushed vanilla wafers (about 8 oz.)
1 c. 10X confectioners' sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts & pecans
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp. light corn syrup or honey
1/4-1/3 c. bourbon
10X confectioners' sugar for rolling

Combine crushed vanilla wafers, the 1 cup 10X sugar, nuts, cocoa powder, corn syrup and bourbon in medium size bowl; mix until well blended. Mixture should be moist but not soggy. Pinch a walnut size piece from mixture and roll firmly between moistened palms of your hands to form a ball. Repeat with remaining mixture. Roll balls in 10X sugar. Store in air tight container in cool, dry place.
