3 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. ground walnuts or pecans
3 tbsp. Karo white syrup
2 packed tbsp. cocoa
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey (10 High has the best taste)

Mix all dry ingredients, add the syrup and booze, mix well, shape the mixture into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
