CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS 
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 c. bourbon or whiskey
6 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
3 tbsp. half and half

Place butter in medium bowl. Microwave at 100 percent powder until melted, 1 or 2 minutes. Mix in sugar, nuts and bourbon. Refrigerate until firm. Shape into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate until firm. Combine chocolate chips and half and half in small bowl. Microwave at 70 percent powder until chocolate chips are melted, 1 - 2 1/2 minutes, stirring once or twice. Stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over candies. Reheat chocolate as needed. Chill. Makes about 3 dozen balls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
