BUTTERSCOTCH OATMEAL TREATS 
1 c. butter
1 3/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 c. butterscotch morsels
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl beat butter (butter) and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.

Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt; add alternately with water to creamed mixture. Stir in butterscotch morsels and nuts. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
