NUTTY ALMOND PIZZA BREAD 
2 c. buttermilk baking mix
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine and mix baking mix, milk, eggs and corn oil in a large bowl. Stir in green onion, basil, oregano, pepper, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and chopped almonds. Spread batter in a buttered 9 inch square baking pan; bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Spread tomato sauce evenly over top. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese, slivered almonds and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cut into squares, serve hot. Serves 8-10.
