CHEESE STRATA SOUFFLE 
8 slices white bakery bread
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 qt. milk
6 eggs
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
Chopped parsley (opt.)

Butter bread and cut into large cubes. Grate cheese. Alternate layers of bread cubes and cheese, ending with bread cubes. Put into a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over bread and cheese layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
