1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese 1 lb. cheddar cheese 2 eggs 1/2 c. flour 1 lg. can Pet milk 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped (adjust to your taste) Grate cheese and mix together. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet (not greased). Scatter jalapenos over cheeses. Mix eggs, flour and Pet milk. Spoon over peppers and cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut in squares when cool. Do not refrigerate. This "cookie" will keep several days just covered with plastic wrap. |
