MUSHROOM CONSOMME | |
3 c. water 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 1/2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon 1/2 tsp. dried whole marjoram, crushed 1/2 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed Dash of pepper 2 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms Combine first 7 ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in mushrooms and continue to cook until mushrooms are thoroughly heated. Serve hot. |
