BEEGOE'S GRILLED SALMON | |
PER SERVING: 8 oz. salmon 1 large clove minced garlic 1 tsp. sea salt 1 tbsp. fresh dill 2 tbsp. butter, melted 2 fresh lemon slices Cover the salmon with garlic, sea salt and dill. Then, melt butter and pour it over the salmon. Place the two slices of lemon on top of the fish. Wrap the salmon in grilling aluminum foil. Place on grill over medium heat for 25 to 30 minutes.
