MEXICAN CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
10 oz. of cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. picante

Crumble and fry ground beef, cook onions with the beef. Drain the fat off the beef. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with Pam. Mix the cornbread according to directions. Pour half of the mix into the bottom of the casserole. Layer the rest of the ingredients, reserving half for a second layer. Repeat the same sequence in the second layer. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
