IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spices
2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate (9 x 1 1/4 or 10 x 1 1/2 inches).

Beat all ingredients until smooth - 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Garnish with whipped cream.
