B.'S WHEAT - FREE MUFFINS | |
3/4 c. rice flour 1/4 c. soy flour 1/4 c. fructose 2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. sea salt 1/2 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. cottage cheese 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 egg, beaten Combine dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix enough to moisten. Bake in well oiled muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until done. Makes 6 muffins. |
